Items will be shipped via UPS ground unless UPS express service is requested. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. Allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order for ground delivery.

Payments are limited to MasterCard and Visa only. We do not accept checks or COD as payment

In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact UPS immediately and keep all packing materials from damaged item.

Return Policy: All returns must be authorized by us and within 10 days of receipt of item.

Each piece is handcrafted and as a result no two pieces are identical. Color, size and shape will vary slightly. Every glass piece is signed and includes a bio/information card.
