If you are ordering glass figures, please specify if you want the mini
or large size figure, along with your color choice. Please
give us your second color choice in case your first selection is not
available for immediate delivery.
Colors options are:
Apricot,
Aqua Green, Cobalt
Blue, Gold, Lime,
Pink, Purple & Black/White

We will notify you of availability and ship date. Or
you may fax your order to 530 265 3635.
We will confirm your order within 3 business days for
ship date and availability.
Method
of payment:
We accept Mastercard and Visa. You may
fax your credit card number along with expiration date, or please provide
best phone number to reach you…you can specify best time to call
as well.
When
can I expect my order?
Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from receipt
of confirmation.
If we do not have your preferred color of glass figure
or paperweight in stock, we will email you and let you know of other
color options available for immediate shipment.
Can
I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you do so within 24 hours
of placing your order.
Shipping
methods:
We ship all orders via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Cost of shipping
is added to your bill. We will notify you of shipping costs when you
place your order. We also offer expedited shipping.
Shipping
status and tracking:
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via
email. If your order was sent via UPS, you can track your package at
http://www.ups.com.
Sales
Tax
8.875% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to California
addresses.
Returns
and exchanges:
If you receive a damaged item, please do not ship it back to us or throw
it away. For orders received damaged, please contact us within 3 days
after receiving your damaged package by emailing us. We will contact
UPS and file a claim for you, and we will do our best to ship replacements
to you as quickly as possible. You must keep the damaged item, box and
all packing materials. UPS will inspect the item and package within
5 business days and ship it back to us at no cost to you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your glass or jewelry, you may return
any undamaged item (unworn jewelry) in its original condition within
1 weeks of receipt. Your returned item must be shipped insured in case
of damage or loss. Upon our receipt of the item we will re-credit your
credit card less the shipping charges. You must call for a RA (return
authorization) number. We do not accept merchandise back without an
RA #. We also do not accept merchandise that has been damaged by the
customer, visibly worn, or returned beyond the one week period of receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Glass is fragile, we do not warranty against breakage over the lifetime
of the piece.
